The 3rd edition of the Asian Festival of First Films (AFFF) nominee list is out. Unfortunately, this time round there's only 1 movie flying the Singapore Flag, at that's Ng Khee Jin's documentary Feet Unbound, which made its Asian premiere at this year's Singapore International Film Festival.
However, while the production crew is made up of Singaporeans, the movie gets billed as an Australian entry in the AFFF. Sad but true, perhaps because Khee Jin is based in Australia? But one film I would definitely be interested to catch, will be Khabul Express, whose theatrical release earlier I had missed.
