[Press Conference] Kung Fu Dunk

It was a toss up between Stephen Chow and Jay Chou, two current Asian superstars who were in town on the same day to promote their respective movies in the line up to make a box office killing in Singapore. In the end I got the Jay gig, so it was off to the Hotel Intercontinental at Bugis where the press conference was held.

There were some 40 lucky fans of Jay's from Jay2U.com who were invited to attend the press conference too, and they were so very quiet in the presence of their idol, it's hard to imagine!


But the more pitiful ones were the hard core fans who weren't so lucky to be invited, and had to brave the rains for hours before their beloved idol made his mall appearance.


Seriously, my heart goes out to them. And it seems Jay Chou does command the heavens to open up when he's here to promote his movies. The previous time, for his directorial debut Secret, the skies had opened up too!
